Elegant Life Laundry is a family-run laundry and dry cleaning service in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, serving households and businesses across Abu Dhabi. We built this around a simple idea: the care you would give a garment yourself, given by someone with the equipment to do it properly.

- Everything is sorted before it is cleaned, inspected before it is packed, and pressed by hand. Delicates, embroidery, and fine tailoring are handled separately, because they are not the same job as a bag of towels.

Do you offer free pickup and delivery?
Yes. Collection and delivery are free across Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Shakhbout City, Zayed City, Baniyas, Al Shamkha, Al Shawamekh, Madinat Al Riyadh, and the wider Abu Dhabi area. Send us a WhatsApp message with your location and a time that suits you, and our driver will come to your door.
How long does laundry take?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from collection, depending on the service. Dry cleaning and bulky items such as curtains, carpets, and comforters can take a little longer. If you need something sooner, ask for our express service when you book and we will do our best to return it the same day.
Do you clean kanduras?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are known for. Kanduras are washed and finished separately with attention to the whiteness and the precise pressing that the garment calls for, including collars and cuffs. We handle ghutras with the same care.
Do you clean abayas?
Yes. Abayas are handled as delicates. We take care with beading, embroidery, and fine fabric, and we clean them in a way that keeps the black deep and even rather than dulling it over time.
Do you cater for sensitive skin?
Yes. We keep a specialist gentle detergent for customers whose skin reacts to ordinary washing products, and we can wash your items separately so nothing else transfers onto them. Tell us once and it is saved to your account, so it is applied to every order from then on without you having to ask again. A small additional charge applies for this handling, and we will tell you what it is before we start.
How can I pay?
Whichever way is easiest for you. We accept cash, card on delivery, Apple Pay, a secure payment link we send you, and bank transfer. You can settle when your order is delivered, and regular customers are welcome to run a monthly account and settle at the end of the month.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every customer has their own account and a unique customer number that identifies them, and every order gets an itemised electronic invoice sent to you — so you can always see exactly what you were charged for. Your order history and any garment care instructions stay on your account, which means you never have to repeat yourself.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, then again from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. On Fridays the morning session closes earlier, at 11:30 AM, for Jumu'ah prayer. WhatsApp messages are welcome any time and we reply as soon as we open.
Do you speak Arabic?
